Race Seven - #7 Forever Man: This colt learned a lot on debut- he walked out of the gate before advancing nicely along the turn, but then had to hit the emergency break as a horse lugged in on him at the top of the lane. We think he could take a big step forward second time out and the Trainer Stats corroborate this idea with Tom Proctor going from 10% to 20% from first to second time starters in Maiden Special Weights. Finally, we think this colt will appreciate the extra half furlong of added ground being 1/2 brother to classy Indiana-bred Corningstone and once again we have red-hot riding Ricardo Santana in the irons. We will bet him on the nose to Win at a big price and then use the exacta pool as an ‘aggressive place bet’ to protect against the two first time starters that we’re worried about being Live!
The Play: 5 units to Win, 2 units on 4/7 Exacta and 1 unit on 5/7 Exacta.
Hello, I just got a notification you followed me. How you found me I have no clue, but it's odd because I also like the #7. I'm going to spread a little wider than you in this race and put #7 over and under the 3-4-5-8 in the exacta. I'll check out some of you other work. Good luck!
